Pink Garlic Indian Cuisine has expanded its culinary footprint by opening a second location in Allen Park.

 

Located at 18625 Ecorse Rd., this new establishment offers both dine-in and carryout options, catering to the growing demand for authentic Indian cuisine in the area.

 

Owner Alfy Rayman expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, noting that many customers from Allen Park previously traveled to their original Oak Park location.

 

Recognizing the community's appetite for quality Indian dishes, Rayman decided to bring Pink Garlic closer to these patrons.

 

The menu features a diverse selection of Indian and Indo-Chinese favorites, including chicken biryani, orange chicken, momos, and tandoori chicken.

 

Each dish is crafted with fresh ingredients and traditional spices, ensuring an authentic dining experience.

 

The Allen Park location can accommodate approximately 30 diners, providing an intimate setting for guests.

 

Operating hours are from 11:45 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily, except Fridays when doors open at 3 p.m.
